Fletcher is an Australian based euphonium soloist, low brass educator and conductor. He has travelled the world performing as a guest soloist and featured artist, giving master classes and workshops and as a clinician at international brass festivals and with wind ensembles, brass bands and orchestras across the United States, Europe, Asia, the Pacific and all over Australia.
He has been a full time euphonium player with the Royal Australian Navy Band for 12 years, is the euphonium lecturer at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in Brisbane and is undertaking a PhD researching Australian euphonium works. Fletcher is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Clinician.
